1.   Fuel will be charcoal and/or wood only. No gas or electric smokers allowed.

2.  All smokers shall use natural heat flow only. No fans(attached to or placed near firebox) or automatic temperature controllers.
Electric Exception: Rotisserie devices are not a temperature control device and are allowed.

3.  Other rules may put into place by the contest organizer.

4.  No garnish in turn-in boxes. Standard 9 x 9 boxes will be supplied.

5. Meats shall be,
     Pork Ribs ( Spares or Babyback, no country style)
     Pork Loin (Bone in or out, 5 lbs. minimum raw weight)
     Pork Butt ( Boston Butt 5 lbs. minimum raw weight)
